The Ruh Collective, Family Trip to Westonbirt Arboretum

Join us for a fun filled family day at the beautiful Westonbirt Arboretum, where you can enjoy the outdoors, connect with others in the community, and make lasting memories together.

Spend the day surrounded by nature while taking part in a range of enjoyable activities for all ages.

Pick Up Time: 9:00am

Pick Up Point: Outside The Friendship Café, GL4 6PR

Depart Westonbirt Arboretum: 3:15pm

Price: £10 per person

What’s Included

Your ticket includes:

• Return transport
• Entry to Westonbirt Arboretum
• Self led nature walk
• Guided tours
• Photography workshop
• Kids play and craft session
• Light refreshments provided. Individuals are welcome to bring their own additional snacks and refreshments.
• Salah facilities can be facilitates if needed.

Activities are subject to weather conditions and staff availability. The programme may be amended where necessary.

Terms & Conditions

Booking

• Tickets must be booked in advance through our website.
• Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
• Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Ticket Pricing

• All tickets are £10 per person.
• This applies to all attendees, including children and babies, regardless of age, as every passenger requires their own seat on the coach and an entry ticket.
• Each person attending must therefore have a valid ticket to travel.

Cancellations

• Tickets are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by The Ruh Collective.
• If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Whilst tickets are non refundable, transfer requests may be considered at the discretion of The Ruh Collective.
• Should The Ruh Collective cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Arrival

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
• The coach will depart promptly at 9:00am. Unfortunately, we cannot delay departure for late arrivals and missed departures will not be eligible for a refund.

Children

• All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the trip.
• Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, behaviour, and wellbeing of the children in their care.

Health, Accessibility & Dietary Requirements

Please notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, accessibility requirements, or additional support needs when booking.

Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable requests, this cannot always be guaranteed.

Participants attend the trip at their own risk.

Food & Allergies

Light refreshments will be provided.

Whilst every effort will be made to cater for dietary requirements, The Ruh Collective cannot guarantee an allergen free environment. Individuals with severe allergies are responsible for managing their own dietary needs.

Photography & Media

Photographs and videos may be taken throughout the day for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

By attending this event, you consent to The Ruh Collective using photographs and videos on our website, social media platforms, promotional materials, funding reports, and future marketing.

If you would prefer not to appear in any photographs or videos, please inform a member of the team upon arrival.

Behaviour

The Ruh Collective is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or ask any attendee to leave the event if their behaviour is considered abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or likely to negatively impact the safety or enjoyment of others.

No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

Liability

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, The Ruh Collective accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Participants are responsible for their own possessions throughout the day.

The Ruh Collective accepts no liability for injury, accident, delay, or loss except where required by law.

Changes to the Programme

The Ruh Collective reserves the right to amend the itinerary, activities, timings, transport arrangements, refreshments, or any aspect of the event where necessary due to weather conditions, staffing, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that:

• The information you provide during booking is accurate.
• Any medical, dietary, allergy, or accessibility requirements have been disclosed.
• You understand that activities may change due to weather conditions or staff availability.
• You understand that all attendees, regardless of age, require their own ticket.
